OpenClaw AI ("we", "our", "us") operates automation tools that interact with social media platforms including Facebook. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when using the Facebook API to publish content automatically.

2. Data We Collect

We do not collect or store personal data of end users. The only data processed includes:

• Facebook Page access tokens (stored securely in server environment variables)
• Post content created by the page owner for scheduled publishing
• Page ID and post metadata returned by the Facebook Graph API

3. How We Use Data

All data is used exclusively for automation purposes:

• Publishing content to your authorized Facebook Page via the Graph API
• Scheduling and managing posts through n8n workflow automation
• Logging publish results for internal monitoring

We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.

4. Facebook API Usage

We use the Facebook Graph API v20.0 solely to publish posts on behalf of the authorized Page. We request only the minimum required permissions: pages_manage_posts and pages_read_engagement.

5. Data Retention

Access tokens are stored in encrypted environment variables on our VPS and are never written to logs or databases. Post metadata (post ID, timestamp) may be stored in our internal database for tracking purposes and is deleted upon request.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your Page at any time by visiting our Data Deletion page or contacting us directly.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted storage, HTTPS-only communication, and access control to protect all credentials and data.
